Experience deep release, heart-opening and clarity as you journey through altered-state breathwork and tea ceremony guided by Sterling Rose. Join us in sacred circle to let go of stuck energies and emotions in the body to receive healing through the power of the breath, energy work and sound. 

Sterling will gently guide the group deeply through a style of breathwork that drops the body into an altered state to support transformation and healing in all aspects. Following the breathwork session, Sterling will hold space for integration and sharing through journaling, discussion and tea ceremony. Take a journey with us and leave feeling lighter, joyful and rooted in your wholeness.

All you need is a yoga mat/blanket, journal and mug.
