Connecting with You Retreat

Join Lyndsay Brooke, RN, ARNP student, and health coach for a mini retreat focusing on connection to the higher self! Our overall health is dependent on a peaceful nervous system and Lyndsay believes that emotional trauma, whether past or present, is the root of most disease and ailments. 

This retreat will provide breathwork, a healing sound bath, guided meditation, hot tub time, a hearty and nourishing dinner, community, and a safe container to grow, heal, and open our heart space. The overnight package includes AM yoga/movement, a health consult with Lyndsay, and breakfast. Let’s gather to connect, heal, release what no longer serves us, and call forth what we want!
